Article Four - Controls for Using the Site

1. The consumer is committed to using the platform in accordance with Saudi laws, regulations, and public morals.
2. The consumer undertakes not to use any product or service purchased from the store for activities that violate regulations or laws.

Article 5 - Accounts and Registration

1. The consumer is obligated to provide correct and complete information upon registration and update it when necessary.
2. The consumer is responsible for the confidentiality of his account information and password, and must immediately notify the store of any unauthorized use.
3. If someone else uses the consumer's account, this constitutes implied authorization from the consumer.
4. The store has the right to suspend or cancel any account proven to violate the terms without prior notice.

Article 6 - Electronic Communications

Article Nine - Intellectual Property

Article 10 - Store Responsibility

Article Eleven - Suspension of Account or Service

Article Twelve - Applicable Law

This Agreement is subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and all its provisions shall be interpreted in the Arabic language.

Article Thirteen - General Provisions

1. The Arabic language shall be the reference for the interpretation of the Agreement or any translation thereof.
2. Prices or promotions may change from time to time without prior notice.
3. Promotions are temporary and the store has the right to modify or discontinue them at any time.
4. This agreement may only be terminated by an official decision of the store management.
